The child-focused core of a 245I.05 mental health behavioral aide (MHBA) training track.
MHBA is a CHILD role in Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) — distinct
from adult ARMHS/MHRW. These 8 new modules cover the five required pre-service topics in
CHILD form plus the child-specific 90-day topics, and are designed to assemble a clean,
all-on-topic 30 hours together with the existing Behavioral & Mental Health (Course 03)
and Co-Occurring Disorders (Course 19) series.
