IHM-01 — IHS Service Options & Licensure

IHS Service Options & Licensure is Lesson 1 of the IHS course for Designated Coordinators and Managers. Learners describe the three IHS options, match each to its licensing requirement (245D intensive support for with-training options, 245D basic support or Ch. 144A HCBS designation for without-training), and state the delivery settings and provider basics, including background studies and the reporting of restraints. A participant guide with an authorization sample and a 30-question bank (draw 10, 80% to pass, unlimited attempts) are included.
