MGR-01 — The DC & DM Roles — Statutory Foundation

Every 245D-licensed agency must have two management functions in place at all times: coordination of individual service delivery, and program management and oversight. Minnesota Statutes 245D.081 establishes these as the Designated Coordinator (DC) and Designated Manager (DM). Understanding this statutory foundation is where every manager's 245D education must begin.
