Yes. CareCertify certificates are accepted by DHS licensors as proof of training completion. Each certificate includes the staff member's name, course title, completion date, contact hours, and a unique completion ID.
Yes β you can add and remove staff from your agency dashboard at any time. Your subscription tier is based on your total active employee count. If you grow into a higher tier, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading.
