Effective March 25, 2026, new mandatory service hour limits apply to IHS with Training and IHS with Family Training under CMS-approved amendments to Minnesota’s BI, CAC, CADI, and DD waivers. If your agency delivers, schedules, or bills either of these service types, this training is required — and it must be documented in the employee file before MMIS billing enforcement goes live.
